You can order any of the following Driver’s Manuals online:

• NY State Driver’s Manual in English (MV-21)
• NY State Driver’s Manual in Spanish (MV-21S)
• NY State Commercial Driver’s Manual in English (CDL-10)
• NY State Commercial Driver’s Manual in Spanish (CDL-10S)
• NY State Motorcycle Manual in English (MV-21MC)
• NY State Motorcycle Manual in Spanish (MV-21MCS)

Businesses such as commercial driving schools or Point and Insurance Reduction Program providers must pay $1.00 per manual, and you must order at least one carton. Public organizations are exempt from this fee. A public organization is defined as an organization that:

• is a division of the state, a county or a municipality, or
• is created or formed by a provision of state or local law, or
• can collect taxes directly or is funded by the government

Examples of public organizations include public schools, libraries, and BOCES.
