"An excellent place to live. We feel safe and secure living here. Have great neighbors. If there is a problem maintenance is right on it. The home I rent is spacious , energy efficient , heat and air bills are a lot lower than having suburban propane and Delmarva power in lower Delaware, the rent is a lot less than what I see what is being asked off base for the same size house. Lawn care is excellent. The best thing is when my grandkids are here I don’t have to worry about them outside playing and Especially riding their bikes. If I have a problem I can call Ms Reeves directly and she will make sure the problem is taken care of. It’s been years since I lived in base housing, this is a much better experience than what it used to be."
"Eagle Heights (Hunt Housing) is in my opinion a wonderful place to live, I feel very safe here. They offer plenty of play grounds for the children, two swimming grounds, running/walking trails and community center rentals. Over all the residents are friendly and keep the community clean. The community also offers various events for the community like yard sale days, vendor shopping events and activities for the children."
